Meet Brenda B., our yoga instructor at Gracie Humaita West Craig. Brenda’s journey began with a personal tragedy that propelled her into the world of mental health advocacy and yoga. She co-founded Project Hi Five to raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention, then discovered yoga as a powerful tool for healing.

In 2019, Brenda explored how trauma affects our nervous system through Trauma Recovery Yoga and became a certified yoga instructor in 2020. Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Brenda offers yoga classes that are accessible to everyone, from kids to seniors, civilians to veterans.

Brenda’s classes are a safe space where you can learn to breathe, relax, and find peace. She’s here to show that no matter what you’re going through, you’re not alone. Her teaching is a tribute to her brother, reminding us all of the power of community and healing together.
